The 2022 Club Pass (“Pass”) is issued by Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) and sold by Ticketmaster, LLC (“Ticketmaster”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom the Pass was issued. Your purchase and/or use of the Pass constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets, venues, and the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites. Specifically, your purchase of a Pass and use of related tickets are subject to acceptance of the Live Nation website Terms of Use and the Ticketmaster website Terms of Use.

The Single-Club Pass entitles you access to certain 2022 Live Nation produced and promoted general admission concerts at the venue for which you purchased the Pass.

The Multi-Club Pass entitles you access to certain 2022 Live Nation produced and promoted general admission concerts at all participating venues.

The Pass is valid for one (1) general admission ticket at a venue from October 1, 2022 through December 30, 2022. Entry to a particular concert is not guaranteed. Entry is subject to availability, venue capacity, artist and age restrictions. The Pass expires December 31, 2022. The Pass is not valid for reserved seating events, special events, rentals or festivals.

You must be at least 13 years old to purchase a Pass. You may purchase up to two (2) Single-Club Passes per participating venue and up to two (2) Multi-Club Passes. All Passes will be in your name. No name changes will be permitted. You will be able to bring one (1) guest with you under the second Pass. A physical Pass will not be issued. You will be required to present your valid photo ID at the box office on the date of the concert to claim your ticket. You may use your Pass only once per participating concert and for only one (1) concert in a series. Anyone attempting to gain access to a concert using a Pass that has already been used to claim a ticket for the concert will be denied entry to the concert. Passes and related tickets cannot be transferred, sold or given to another person. You and any guest must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke tickets in its sole discretion if it or venue personnel deem you or your guest have violated any venue policy or law.

The Pass does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Terms, and all additional expenses including, without limitation, travel expenses, food and beverage and parking fees, if any, will be your sole responsibility.

The Pass is void where prohibited by law. The Pass is not refundable, transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other ticket or product. The Pass is personal to you and you may not sell, give or otherwise transfer the Pass to any other person. You may not permit any other person to use your Pass. You may not, and may not permit any other person to, register your Pass in any other person’s name. Live Nation reserves the right to, and will, check your photo ID with the use of your Pass. Live Nation will void any Pass that is transferred to or used by another person and you will not receive a refund. The sale or use of the Pass for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes, is strictly prohibited. The Pass cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Live Nation has the right to revoke the Pass at any time for misconduct or violation of these Terms.

LIVE NATION, TICKETMASTER, AND THEIR PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PASS OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT, INC., AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PASS OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.

2022 Club Passes are limited, while supplies last. A Single-Club Pass is valid for one GA ticket to certain concerts at the selected venue.
